Ingredients:
3/4 stick of butter
1 1/2 cup of white sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla powder
2 cups + 4 tbsp of all-purpose flour
200 g Chocolate Chips (optional)
3 cups of oatmeal
Step 1
Mix butter and sugar until thoroughly mixed.
Step 2
Add eggs, vanilla, and flour then mix.
Step 3
Add the oatmeal and chocolate chips. (You may add the chocolate chips after molding them)
Step 4
Take a tablespoon and take a scoop of dough. You may use flour to powder your hands to avoid the dough sticking on your hands. Roll it into a ball, put it on the tray and press with 2 fingers. Make sure you pressed it to your desired thickness.
Step 5
Bake at 175 degree Celsius until cookies are light brown.
Step 6
Take the tray out of the oven and let the cookies cool.
